ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

By order served May 16, 2022, the Court directed petitioner to file a response showing cause in writing, on or before July 14, 2022, explaining why the Court should not issue an Order directing that the small tax case designation be removed in this case and that the proceedings not be conducted under the Small Tax Case Rules. As of date, the Court has received no response petitioner.

Accordingly, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause served May 16, 2022, is hereby made absolute. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall delete the letter "S" from the docket number and other records of the Court in this case.
