No. C 03-00528 WHA (N.D. Cal. Apr. 24, 2003)

Opinion

JUDGMENT

In addition to approving defendants' order dismissing this case, the Court adds this caveat for the court of appeals. Mr. Tom Olson has bombarded this district court with multiple and vexatious lawsuits, rambling and incomprehensible in their substance. He is an abuser of the right to seek relief in any court. Any motion by plaintiff not covered by the order submitted by the defense and signed herewith by the Court is hereby DENIED, including IFP status. This Court wants the Court of Appeals to know that unless the filing fee is paid, this case was not properly filed. This should be considered by the Court of Appeals in determining whether to entertain any appeal.

For the foregoing reasons and those stated in the order of dismissal, judgment is entered against plaintiff and in favor of defendants.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
