Order dismissing the complaint for insufficiency under rule 106 of the Rules of Civil Practice affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, with leave to plaintiffs to serve an amended complaint within ten days from the entry of the order herein. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Carswell, Scudder and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
