MEMORANDUM OPINION


Before the Court is the agreed motion to dismiss with prejudice filed by the parties in this appeal. The parties represent they have reached a settlement and resolved all matters in controversy between them and request a dismissal with prejudice. We GRANT the motion. Pursuant to the agreement of the parties, we AFFIRM the trial court's judgment, dismiss the appeal with prejudice, and tax costs against the party incurring them. Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a), (d).
