The motion to reinstate is GRANTED and the appeal is REINSTATED. Appellant's brief is due within 10 days after the Clerk's certification of this order. The Clerk shall place this matter on the involuntary dismissal docket again on August 24, 2021, if appellant's brief has not been filed.
