OPINION AND ORDER

Jonathan Olive, a pro se prisoner, submitted a complaint naming three defendants. The facts alleged in the complaint indicate that the actions allegedly committed by these defendants occurred at the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility, which is located in the geographical boundaries of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Under 28 U.S.C. § 1406(a), when a case is filed in the wrong district, "[t]he district court . . . shall dismiss, or if it be in the interest of justice, transfer such case to any district or division in which it could have been brought." Because all of the events occurred within the jurisdiction of the Southern District, the Court ORDERS that the case be TRANSFERRED to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, Terre Haute Division. SO ORDERED.
