BRANDIE OLIVAREZ, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 4 Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause Nos. F20-22447-K, F20-45665-K

ORDER

DENNISE GARCIA JUSTICE

Before the Court is appellant's motion to strike her November 20, 2023 motions to supplement the clerk's records in these cases with the indictments. Appellant's counsel states that appellant was charged by information in these cases and thus there is need to order the district clerk to supplement the clerk's records with the indictments. We GRANT appellants' motions to strike, and the motions to supplement will not be ruled on.
