ORDER
ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE
Before this Court is appellant's November 6, 2023 motion for leave to file his brief in case 05-21-00630-CR. We GRANT appellant's motion.
Appellant states that we have not ruled on his October 23, 2023 motion. However, we issued an order on November 1, 2023 ordering appellant to file the briefs in all cases thirty days after the District Clerk files the supplemental record or a letter verifying that the Clerk does not have possession of the plea paperwork in case 05-21-00624-CR. As of the date of this order, this Court has not received the Clerk's supplemental record or a letter from the Clerk verifying that she does not have possession of the plea paperwork.
Additionally, to the extent that we have not ruled on any other relief requested in appellant's October 23, 2023 order, any relief not granted in our November 1, 2023 order is DENIED.
