TRADE UNIONS, § 5 — member as entitled to equity decree and not required to bring successive weekly law actions for sick benefits. Member of Milk Wagon Drivers' Union held entitled to equity decree, requiring payment of weekly sick benefits "during entire period" of member's illness and disability, and not required to bring successive weekly law actions for such benefits. (Certain of defendants' contentions in case were decided adversely to them by Fichter v. Milk Wagon Drivers' Union, Local 753, 382 Ill. 91, 46 N.E.2d 921, rev'g 312 Ill. App. 40, 37 N.E.2d 919.)
