JORGE GARCIA OLGUIN, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 416th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 416-82189-2020 Cts. 1 & 2

ORDER

Before the Court is court reporter Tonya Lebo's November 2, 2020 request for additional time to file the reporter's record. Appellant was convicted on September 2, 2020. Because he timely filed a motion for new trial and his notice of appeal, the record in these appeals is due on December 31, 2020. TEX. R. APP. P. 35.2(b).

In light of this, we DENY Ms. Lebo's request for an extension until December 1 as moot.
