On April 5, 2022, the Court received from the parties in the above-docketed matter a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this litigation. However, review shows that the decision incorporates an erroneous reference to the 2017 taxable year, whereas the year in issue is 2018. The premises considered, and for cause, it is
