This case was called and recalled from the calendar for the Trial Session of the Court at New York, NY on October 11, 2022. There was no appearance by petitioner Shayna S. Olgin. Petitioner Julian J. Dejesus and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. At the recall, petitioner Julian J. Dejesus orally moved the court for a continuance in this case, to which respondent's counsel did not object. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that petitioner Julian J. Dejesus' oral motion is granted, and this case is continued. It is further
