Separate appeals having been taken to this Court by plaintiff from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 16, 2018, November 27, 2018, January 30, 2019 and April 18, 2019, respectively, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for a stay of the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 18, 2019, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom (M-2620), And defendant-respondent having moved for dismissal of the appeals taken from the orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 16, 2018 and November 27, 2018, as untimely taken (M-2870), And plaintiff-appellant having moved to consolidate all of the aforesaid appeals (M-3037), And plaintiff-appellant having moved to compel a Justice of the Supreme Court, New York County, to sign a judicial subpoena (M-3061), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that defendant-respondent's motion to dismiss the appeals taken from the orders entered on or about October 16, 2018 and November 27, 2018 (M-2870) is granted to the extent of dismissing the appeal taken from the order entered on or about October 16, 2018, and otherwise denied, and it is further, Ordered that plaintiff-appellant's motion to consolidate the appeals taken from the orders entered on or about November 27, 2018, January 30, 2019 and April 18, 2019 (M-3037) is granted to the extent that the appeals may be consolidated as of right and plaintiff-appellant "may perfect the appeals together ... upon a single record or appendix, provided that each appeal is perfected in a timely manner" (22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3)], and it is furtherOrdered that plaintiff-appellant's motion for a stay of the order entered on or about April 18, 2019 (M-2620) is denied, and it is further Ordered that plaintiff-appellant's motion to compel a Justice of the Supreme Court, New York County to sign a judicial subpoena (M-3061) is denied.
