Plaintiff-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals taken from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 29, 2016 and March 5, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal taken from the order entered on or about March 5, 2018 to the May 2019 Term. The motion is otherwise denied and, sua sponte, the appeal taken from the order entered September 29, 2016, is dismissed.
