BRETT W. OLENICK & AMALIA STAUBER, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Albert G. Lauber, Judge

This case is calendared on the Court's June 20, 2023, New York, New York, trial session. On March 31, 2023, petitioners filed a Motion to Proceed Remotely. Petitioners request a remote trial because they currently live in Israel and "[a]irplane transport is too expensive." Petitioners represent that they "cannot afford to come to NYC" and that "an in-person trial would cause undue hardship on [their] family."

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 21, 2023, respondent shall file a Response to petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely.
