This suit was consolidated for trial with that of Orgeron et al. v. Muhleisen, d/b/a Kenner Funeral Home, et al., bearing Docket Number 4750 in this court, decided this day, 256 So.2d 458.

For the reasons assigned in that case, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

Affirmed.
