MEMORANDUM OPINION


The Court has before it the parties' joint motion to dismiss this appeal. The parties state in the motion that they have settled all disputes between them relating to this appeal, and they request that we dismiss the appeal and remand the cause stating that they have compromised and settled their dispute by written agreement. The parties' joint motion is hereby GRANTED. Pursuant to rule 42.1(a)(2)(B), this appeal is DISMISSED, the trial court's judgment is SET ASIDE without regard to the merits, and the cause is REMANDED to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties' settlement agreement.
