On December 13, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 32) which referenced Exhibit A. However, the Joint Status Report did not include the Exhibit. Later on December 13, 2023, the parties filed a second Joint Status Report (Doc. 33) with the attached Exhibit. The second Joint Status Report (Doc. 33) is a duplicate of the first, except that the parties attached the Exhibit. The Court will strike the first Joint Status Report (Doc. 32) filed on December 13, 2023.
Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that the Joint Status Report (Doc. 32) filed December 13, 2023, is hereby stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before February 16, 2024, the parties shall, jointly or separately, report to the Court as to the then current status of the related criminal proceeding and of this case.
