ORDER

Daniel A. Guy, Jr., Special Trial Judge

On October 1, 2021, respondent filed a status report and informed the Court that respondent requires a short period of time to produce copies of certain notices of deficiencies.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 15, 2021, respondent shall file a further status report. It is further

ORDERED that this case is set for trial on the Court's Washington, DC special hearing session to be conducted remotely at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern time) on Wednesday, December 1, 2021. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve the parties with a notice of remote proceedings that includes the necessary instructions and log in information for the remote hearing session.
