ELLEN MICHIE OKUDA, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On April 10, 2024, the Court received from the parties in the above-docketed matter a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this litigation. However, review shows that the caption and signature block for petitioner are incomplete, lacking petitioner's full middle name. Further, the decision paragraph contains a typographical error, in that it references a single "determination" but appears to refer to determinations for two years, which it states "are sustained in full."

The premises considered, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed April 10, 2024, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 2, 2024, the parties shall file a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision.
