We dismissed this appeal for want of jurisdiction on June 25, 2024, before the clerk's record was filed. Pending before the Court is appellants' motion for refund of appeal bond. To properly dispose of the motion, we ORDER Collin County Clerk Stacey Kemp to file, no later than July 10, 2024, a supplemental clerk's record containing a copy of (1) the May 30, 2024 order releasing supersedeas bond; (2) June 6, 2024 request to release cash bond; (3) June 7, 2024 motion not to release cash bond to Meazell Firm; (4) June 27, 2024 request to release civil cash bond; (5) July 2, 2024 request for release of cash bond; and (6) the trial court's docket sheet/case summary.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Kemp and the parties.
