On October 21, 2022, the Court issued an Order for Filing Fee. On January 5, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the Court's $60.00 filing fee had not been paid. However, due to an inadvertent clerical error, petitioner's payment of the filing fee on October 20, 2022, was not properly recorded on the Court's records. Upon due consideration of the record in this case and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside.
