Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Feb 17, 2000
269 A.D.2d 435 (N.Y. App. Div. 2000)

Opinion

Submitted January 5, 2000

February 17, 2000

In an action to recover damages for negligent supervision, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Polizzi, J.), dated January 15, 1999, which denied their motion, in effect, for reargument.

Michael D. Hess, Corporation Counsel, New York, N.Y. (Larry A. Sonnenshein and Grace Goodman of counsel), for appellants.

Harold S. Elovich, New York, N.Y., for respondent.

LAWRENCE J. BRACKEN, J.P., DANIEL W. JOY, WILLIAM C. THOMPSON, GLORIA GOLDSTEIN, SANDRA J. FEUERSTEIN, JJ.

DECISION ORDER

ORDERED that the appeal from the order is dismissed, with costs, as no appeal lies from an order denying reargument (see, Bossio v. Florio, 222 A.D.2d 476).
