On appellant's request for clarification and for extension of time to file merit brief. Request granted in part. The March 27, 2020 tolling order, In re Tolling of Time Requirements Imposed by Rules Promulgated by the Supreme Court and Use of Technology, 158 Ohio St.3d 1447, 2020-Ohio-1166, 141 N.E.3d 974, does not apply to deadlines set by court order. Sua sponte, the time for filing appellant's merit brief is extended to May 14, 2020.
