The March 27, 2020 tolling order, In re Tolling of Time Requirements Imposed by Rules Promulgated by the Supreme Court and Use of Technology, 158 Ohio St.3d 1447, 2020-Ohio-1166, 141 N.E.3d 974, does not apply to deadlines set by court order. Sua sponte, the time for filing appellant's merit brief is extended to May 14, 2020.
