The clerk's record is incomplete because it does not include a copy of the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal. A copy of the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal is in the reporter's record as State's exhibit 10. The trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal must be included in the clerk's record. Tex.R.App.P. 34.5(a)(12).

We ORDER Michael Gould, Collin County District Clerk, to file by DECEMBER 14, 2023, a supplemental clerk's record containing a copy of the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Michael Gould, Collin County District Clerk; David R. Roy, Deputy Official Court Reporter for the 401st District Court; and counsel for all parties.
