DEFENDANT DAVIS COUNTY'S JOINDER IN SUPPORT OP MOTION IN LIMINE RE: GUITAR CITY, INC.


DEFENDANT DAVIS COUNTY, through their attorney, Frank D. Mylar, respectfully submits this notice that it officially joins and adopts as their arguments the motion, memorandum, and reply memorandum of Officer Bradley King of Layton City in his Motion in Limine to exclude evidence at trial regarding Guitar City, Inc. for the reasons stated in Mr. King's motion and memoranda.

WHEREFORE: Mr. King's Motion in Limine should be granted as to all defendants. RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED this 4th day of Dec., 2003.
