Pending before the Court is Appellant's motion to supplement the clerk's record with the following: (1) the Order granting new trial signed by the trial court on May 9, 2016, (2) the Order withdrawing order granting new trial signed on June 6, 2016, (3) the State's motion to reconsider order granting new trial, and (4) the Defendant's response to the State's motion to reconsider. The motion is GRANTED. The supplemental clerk's record containing these documents is due to be filed with this Court on or before November 20, 2016.
