APPEAL AND ERROR, § 18 — transfer of cause involving validity of statute from Appellate to Supreme Court. Where record disclosed that question of validity of validating act was raised and in issue in trial court, and ruled upon by trial court, and was also raised by notice of cross-appeal and brief of cross appellants, motion to transfer cause to Supreme Court would be allowed.
