ORDER


Before the Court is petitioner's motion for extension of time in which to file response. Petitioner seeks an extension of time in which to file his response to the State's motion to dismiss because he recently retained new counsel. Based upon petitioner's motion and for good cause shown, the Court GRANTS petitioner's motion [35-1], extending petitioner's deadline to file his response until June 16, 2003.
