The order denying the defendant's motion for relief from judgment is vacated insofar as it fails to grant the husband relief from the educational support provision of the judgment of divorce nisi, and the matter is remanded to the Probate Court. The judge is directed to modify the judgment of divorce nisi so as to render it in compliance with the strictures of G.L.c. 208, § 28. In all other respects, the order is affirmed.
