On May 11, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103 in which he asked the Court to seal the unredacted petition. Upon due consideration and petitioner having represented that respondent has no objection to the granting of the Motion, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103 is recharacterized as a Motion to Seal. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Seal is granted in that the Petition, filed September 27, 2021, shall be sealed from public view and shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by an Order of the Court.
