This case is calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 13, 2023, in Baltimore, Maryland.
On January 17, 2023, the parties filed a status report representing therein that the parties have reached a basis of settlement and that additional time is needed to prepare and sign a proposed stipulated decision.
Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's February 13, 2023, Baltimore, Maryland, trial session and is continued. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before March 27, 2023, the parties shall file a signed proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case. It is further
ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
