IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Petitioner Kevin Ogden's Habeas Petition Under 28 U.S.C. §§ 2254 and 2241 (Doc. 1) is dismissed without prejudice for lack of jurisdiction.
