ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On July 3, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Extension of Time, requesting an extension of the due date for his objection to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed April 4, 2023. We note that petitioner previously has requested and received two extensions of time.

ORDERED that the due for petitioner's Objection to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is extended to August 4, 2023. Petitioner is advised that, absent extraordinary circumstances, the Court will not be inclined to grant any further extensions of time.
