On December 17, 2021, respondent filed electronically in the above-docketed matter two documents designated Answer. The first, received at 12:27 p.m., involved an unrelated taxpayer and was filed in the wrong case. The second, received at 12:35 p.m., pertained to the instant case and was properly filed.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the Answer filed December 17, 2021, at 12:27 p.m., is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case.
