ORDER
Joint motion to reverse and remand and to expedite mandate, being treated as a petition for review, granted as follows: Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 56.3, without considering the merits, the Court grants the petition for review, sets aside the judgment of the trial court and remands the case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties' settlement agreement. The request to expedite the mandate is also granted.
