On February 29, 2024, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation (Entry No. 13) which referenced an attached Statement of Account. No such Statement of Account was attached to Entry No. 13. On March 25, 2024, the parties filed a duplicate of the Settlement Stipulation (Entry No. 16) which included the attached Statement of Account.

Premises considered and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Settlement Stipulation, filed February 29, 2024, at Entry No. 13, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
