DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion for order directing Pro Hac Vice admission of Nicholas C. Harbist, Esq., an attorney admitted in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, pursuant to section 520.1 (a) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and Nicholas C. Harbist is admitted Pro Hac Vice for the purpose of representing petitioner upon the proceeding.
