This case is calendared for trial at the Court's December 19, 2022, Miami, Florida trial session. On October 7, 2022, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation (index 13) and submitted a proposed stipulated decision. The settlement stipulation referred to an attached Statement of Account (Form 3623), but no such statement was attached. Later that same day, the parties re-filed the settlement stipulation (index 15) with the attached document. We will strike the incomplete settlement stipulation. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Settlement Stipulation filed at index 13 shall be deemed stricken.
