ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR ORDER GRANTING REQUEST TO RESIGN IN LIEU OF DISCIPLINE


Upon consideration of the Office of Disciplinary Counsel's "Ex Parte Motion for Order Granting Request of Edward M. Tsuji to Resign from the Practice of Law in Lieu of Discipline," filed December 27, 2001, the memorandum and exhibits in support thereof,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion is granted and Respondent Edward M. Tsuji's request to resign in lieu of discipline is granted, effective thirty (30) days after entry of this order. See RSCH 2.14(d), 2.16(c).

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that (1) the Clerk shall remove Respondent Edward M. Tsuji's name from the roll of attorneys licensed to practice law in this jurisdiction and (2) within thirty (30) days after entry of this order, Respondent Tsuji shall submit to the Clerk of this court the original certificate evidencing his license to practice law in this jurisdiction.

IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that (1) Respondent Tsuji shall comply with the requirements of RSCH 2.16 and (2) the Disciplinary Board shall provide notice to the public and judges as required by RSCH 2.16.
