AND NOW, this 20th day of March, 2013 on certification by the Disciplinary Board that the respondent, Lawrence L. Rubin, who was suspended by Order of this Court dated February 6, 2012, for a period of one year, has filed a verified statement showing compliance with all the terms and conditions of the Order of Suspension, and there being no other outstanding order of suspension or disbarment, Lawrence L. Rubin is hereby reinstated to active status, effective immediately.
