ORDER
AND NOW, this 23rd day of February, 2007, upon consideration of the Joint Petition for Emergency Temporary Suspension and Related Relief, it is hereby ORDERED that:
1. Pursuant to Rule 208(f)(2), Pa.R.D.E., respondent is placed on temporary suspension until further definitive action by this Court and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.;
2. Within seven days of the date hereof, respondent, through counsel, shall deliver to petitioner at Suite 1300, Frick Building, 437 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15219, a list of the names and addresses of all clients and other entities he is currently representing or in which he is a fiduciary, showing the dates, amounts and circumstances of the entrustment and current balance thereof, as well as the banks and account numbers in which such client funds are currently maintained;
3. All financial institutions in Pennsylvania in which respondent holds fiduciary funds shall freeze such accounts pending further Order of this Court; and
4. The President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, in accordance with Rule 217(g), Pa.R.D.E., shall enter such orders as may be necessary to fully protect the rights of respondent's clients.
This Order constitutes an imposition of public discipline within the meaning of Rule 402, Pa.R.D.E., pertaining to confidentiality.
