ORDER


AND NOW, this 2nd day of November, 2007, on certification by the Disciplinary Board that the respondent, John Harold McKeon, Jr., who was suspended on consent by Order of this Court dated January 5, 2006, for a period of three months, has filed a verified statement showing compliance with all the terms and conditions of the Order of Suspension and Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E., and there being no other outstanding order of suspension or disbarment, John Harold McKeon, Jr., is hereby reinstated to active status, effective immediately. Pursuant to our Order of January 5, 2006, respondent is placed on probation for a period of two years, subject to the conditions as set forth therein.
