RESTRAINING ORDER

Upon consideration of Disciplinary Counsel's Petition for the immediate restraint of Respondent Thomas R. LePage from the practice of law pursuant to Rule 2.13 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawai`i (RSCH),

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Petition is granted and Respondent Thomas R. LePage is restrained from the practice of law, effective with the filing of this order.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, as provided by RSCH 2.13(d), this matter is referred to the Disciplinary Board of the Hawai`i Supreme Court for the institution of a formal proceeding in which the sole issue will be to determine the extent of discipline to be imposed.
