AND NOW, this 1^st day of June, 2007, a Rule to Show Cause having been entered by this Court on February 2, 2007, and upon consideration of the response filed, it is hereby ORDERED that the Rule is made absolute, respondent is held in contempt for willful violation of this Court's Orders of March 3, 2006, and August 22, 2006, and the matter is referred to the Disciplinary Board for a hearing to recommend the appropriate sanction.
