ORDER


AND NOW, this 19th day of March, 2007, on certification by the Disciplinary Board that the respondent, James R. Cooney, who was suspended by Order of this Court dated July 25, 2006, for a period of one year, has filed a verified statement showing compliance with all the terms and conditions of the Order of Suspension and Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E., and there being no other outstanding order of suspension or disbarment, James R. Cooney is hereby reinstated to active status, effective immediately. Pursuant to the Order entered by this Court on July 25, 2006, respondent is placed on probation for a period of two years, subject to the conditions set forth therein.
