ORDER


AND NOW, this 10th day of June, 2009, on certification by the Disciplinary Board that the respondent, Thomas E. Butler, Jr., who was suspended on consent by Order of the Court dated October 16, 2008, for a period of one year retroactive to May 27, 2008, has filed a verified statement showing compliance with all the terms and conditions of the Order of Suspension and Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E., and there being no other outstanding order of suspension or disbarment, Thomas E. Butler, Jr., is hereby reinstated to active status, effective immediately.
