That statute deals with child custody and visitation issues and does not address the termination of parental rights. In order to prevent confusion, we hereby overrule the decision of the Arkansas Court of Appeals in Office of Child Support v. Lawrence, 57 Ark. App. 300, 944 S.W.2d 566 (1997), to the extent that it holds otherwise. Reversed and remanded for new trial.
