REQUEST FOR STAY ORDER GRANTED. That portion of the September 25, 2013 judgment that ordered Melissa O'Dwyer and Mike Ellender to produce documents and other items to Defendants, and that portion of the judgment that affords counsel for Our Lady of the Lake Nurse Anesthesia Program through Our Lady of the Lake College to schedule Mr. Ellender's deposition, "if necessary," is stayed until further order of this Court.
