PRESENT: , P. J., SMITH, CENTRA, FAHEY, AND PERADOTTO, JJ.

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on January 4, 2012, and April 16, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Aror A. O'Diah sworn to June 8, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 14, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date July 5, 2013, and inserting in its place the date September 3, 2013.

Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeals will be granted.
